Try-On Guarantee

If you're a first-time customer, we offer a one-time store credit for your first worn pair if it’s not quite right. Just email us at hello@midies.co within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Only your first worn pair is eligible under this guarantee

  • Free pairs (e.g. Buy 4 + 1 Free offers) are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit

  • Sale items and bundles are final sale


Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unopened pairs within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original packaging with the hygiene seal intact

  • We do not accept returns on opened or tried-on underwear (except one pair under our Try-On Guarantee)

  • Bundles, sale items, and promotional offers are non-refundable

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

To initiate a return, email us at hello@midies.co with your order number and we'll provide return instructions.


Damaged Items

If your Midies arrive damaged, email us a photo of the item and your order number at hello@midies.co within 30 days of dispatch. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.


Warranty

We offer a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase.
If you experience a product fault, please email hello@midies.co with your order number, a photo of the issue, and retain the item in case we need it returned.
We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if items appear tampered with or misused beyond care guidelines. Eligible items will be issued a store credit.


End of Line & Sale Items

All sale, clearance, and end-of-line items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
