Refunds, Returns & Try-On Guarantee
Try-On Guarantee
We offer a one-time Try-On Guarantee for first-time customers only. If your first worn pair isn’t quite right, you’re eligible for a store credit. To request this, please contact us at hello@midies.co within 30 days of receiving your order.

Free pairs (e.g. Buy 4 + 1 Free promotions) are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit

Bundles, sale items, and final sale styles are not eligible for return or exchange
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unworn underwear within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be in original, unopened packaging with the hygiene seal intact

Opened or worn underwear cannot be returned (except one pair under our Try-On Guarantee)

Bundles, promotional items, sale items, and free gifts are final sale

Shipping costs are non-refundable
To request a return, please email hello@midies.co with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@midies.co within 30 days of shipment. Please include a clear photo of the item and your order number. If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
Warranty
All Midies products are covered by a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase.
If your item develops a fault during this period, contact us at hello@midies.co with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We may request that faulty items be returned to us for assessment or forwarded to our suppliers. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products that show signs of misuse or improper care.
Approved claims will be issued a store credit.
Final Sale Items
All bundles, sale items, clearance, promotional offers, and free pairs are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
