Refunds, Returns & Try-On Guarantee

Try-On Guarantee

We offer a one-time Try-On Guarantee for first-time customers. If your first worn pair isn’t quite right, you’re eligible for a store credit. To request this, please contact us at hello@midies.co within 20 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Only your first worn pair is covered

  • Bundles with free pairs are excluded from the try on guarantee. We recommend trying the free pair first.

  • Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit

Returns & Exchanges 

Unopened underwear can be returned for a refund or exchange credit within 20 days of delivery. 

For hygiene reasons, opened underwear cannot be returned or exchanged (see our Try-On Guarantee for one-time coverage on your first worn pair). 

To request a return, please email hello@midies.co with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Refunds — a $5 processing fee applies, deducted from your refund. This processing fee helps cover restocking and quality checks.

Exchanges — no processing fee. 

Return shipping is paid by the customer for both refunds and exchanges. 

Sale items and free pairs are excluded from returns and exchanges. 

To process your return, your ORDER NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED inside your return. Returns without an order number cannot be processed. 

Returns are scanned in and refunded at the purchase price.

Damaged returns will not be refunded.


Free standard shipping applies to orders over $90 within Australia If your exchange order total is under $90, standard shipping will apply at checkout. 

Bundle Offer Returns

Items purchased as part of a bundle offer will be refunded at the amount paid at checkout.

Any item received free as part of a bundle offer has a value of $0 and will therefore receive a $0 refund if returned.

For hygiene reasons, opened underwear cannot be returned. We encourage you to try your free pair first to make sure you've chosen the right style and size before opening your other pairs.

Please check your order form before returning any pairs. If you're unsure about your refund or how your bundle will be affected, please reach out to us before sending your return.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@midies.co within 20 days of shipment. Please include a clear photo of the item and your order number. If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost.

Warranty

All Midies products are covered by a 180-day warranty from the date of purchase.
If your item develops a fault during this period, contact us at hello@midies.co with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We may request that faulty items be returned to us for assessment or forwarded to our suppliers. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products that show signs of misuse or improper care.
Approved claims will be issued a store credit.

We work hard to provide the best quality underwear possible. If you experience something off with your Midies please email us hello@midies.co and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
The best way to extend the lifetime of a product is by following the care instructions printed on it. If you don't, it may cause shrinkage or warping over time.
