Is this your first order with us?

If it's your first time trying Midies, we know you need to find the perfect style and fit for you. So your first pair is covered by our try on guarantee, if it doesn't fit contact us and we'll send you a store credit or full refund - no need to return the first pair.

Underwear

We happily accept returns on unworn, *unopened underwear within 20 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns on any underwear that has been removed from it's original packaging for hygiene reasons.

We recommend removing just one pair from its packaging first, to determine the correct fit before opening the others. Unopened pairs can be returned for a refund or store credit.

Bralettes & Tops

Bralettes can be returned within 20 days of delivery, providing the tags are attached and they are returned in the original packaging.
