Try On Guarantee
If this is your first order, we know you need to find the right style and fit for you - so your first pair is covered by our Try On Guarantee. If this first pair doesn't fit or you'd prefer another style just let us know within 30 days of shipping by emailing hello@midies.co and we will send you a store credit or refund, no need to return the first pair.
We advise if you purchase more than one pair, that you only open one to see if the fit is right. That way the unopened pairs can be returned to us for a credit or refund.
Returns
Just email us hello@midies.co and we'll tell you where to send your unopened returns. Please also provide your order number.
Returns on underwear, bodysuits and base-layers must be *unopened and sealed in their original packaging. Due to our strict hygiene policy and law, opened underwear, bodysuits and base-layers cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes our leggings due to their technical nature. If you purchase multiple pairs please just try 1 pair before opening the remaining pairs. Returns and exchanges for any item are accepted within 30 days of shipping.
Items outside of underwear, bodysuits and base-layers must be returned within 30 days of shipping. And must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with any original tags attached.
If for any reason your Midies arrive damaged, let us know within 30 days of shipping by emailing us an image of the defect to hello@midies.co and we will send out replacements.
Warranty
We have a 180 day warranty on all Midies products starting from the date of purchase. Should you have any issues please contact us by email hello@midies.co with your order number and an image of the product and we will arrange a store credit to be emailed to you. Please keep the damaged items in the event we may require them to be posted back to us, to forward to our suppliers. We reserve the right to reject the warranty on any items that look like they have been tampered with or used outside of the advised care and use purpose.
