Hardest days to get dressed?

The bloated ones.

Read the threads where women talk about underwear and waistbands.

The comments all sound the same.

“I spend the whole day adjusting it.”
“It digs in when I sit down.”
“I buy underwear two sizes bigger so it doesn’t hurt.”
“I avoid certain clothes because of the waistband.”
“I just live in loose dresses now.”

None of it was about fashion.

It was about how it feels on your body all day.

A waistband digging in.
Pressure on your stomach.
Constantly being aware of it.

And the thing that stood out most was this:
A lot of women said they plan their outfits around avoiding that feeling.

Not because they don’t like their clothes.

But because they don’t want to spend the whole day thinking about what’s sitting on their body.

So some clothes stay in the wardrobe.
Some outfits feel like too much effort.
And some mornings just feel harder than they should.

Reading those threads made something obvious.
When underwear works properly, it gives you your wardrobe back. And your confidence too.
