Let's simplify getting dressed.

Monday mornings are already doing the most.

 The alarm goes off earlier than your body would like.
Your brain is still somewhere between Sunday night and denial.
There’s coffee to make, messages to answer, kids to get ready, emails waiting, and a wardrobe decision to make before 8am.

And somehow, getting dressed turns into a whole negotiation.

You stand in front of the mirror doing the tiny calculations women know too well:
Will this show through?
Will this ride up when I walk?
Will I spend the whole day adjusting this?

And this is where shapewear often enters the chat.

In theory, it sounds like the easy answer. Smooth everything out. Remove the lines. Problem solved.

In reality?
It can feel like wrestling an octopus before your first coffee.

The squeeze.
The shimmy.
The slight panic when you realise you’re already sweating and it’s 7:42am.

You finally get it on and stand there thinking:

Why does getting dressed feel like a sport?

But here’s the thing.
Most Monday morning wardrobe battles aren’t really about the outfit.

They’re about what’s happening underneath it.

Changing your underwear.. It’s totally worth it.
