They are tight around thighs and not good material.

I have been looking for good under shorts for YEARS. Finally tried these and they are perfect. Took a little bit of getting used to not having an extra layer of underwear but after a day I was in love! They don't ride up at all, and don't roll down. Truly perfect! I'll be buying many more pairs.

I needed a pair of seamless shorts that I could wear under a semi sheer dress and was on TikTok looking at reviews for the Bonds seamless shorts and one of the comments said “Try Midies!“. I thought, maybe this is a bot but heck, I might as well have a look. I was skeptical because it seemed too good to be true - so many positive reviews and aside from a few influencer posts, they didn’t have much of a digital footprint. I wanted a breathable pair of undies that were high-waisted, comfortable, didn’t give me visible panty lines or a wedgie and according to their Instagram posts, that’s what Midies are. They offered free shipping if I bought two so I bought mushroom and black. The mushroom cannot be seen through my dress and there’s no visible lines! The overlock infront of the crotch up to the stomach does create a bit of an outline but that’s due to the material of the dress - a thin velvet. I tried it with my thicker velvet skirt and it’s completely seamless!

I wore them under my jeans and the legs do roll up when you first pull on the jeans but you just smooth them down and it stays that way. I don't think they’d be overly comfortable with really tight pants because the leg seams would show and there’s not enough room to smooth it down and pull the pants over.

In short, they’re perfect for regular/relaxed fit bottoms which is all that I wear in corporate and everyday life. I am a 10-12 bottoms and got an S and it’s the perfect size. I prefer the high-rise over the mid-rise because I like wearing undies over my belly button but I can also imagine it being too much material in the summer if I’m wearing high-waisted denim shorts so will wear mid-rise for summer.

The high-rise peeks out of my high-waisted jeans but I’ve been team “granny panties” since my teens because of all the cracks I’ve seen when low-rise jeans were in! I’m in my mid-30s and have been wearing Bonds seamless undies for the last 17 years. They do the job of no VPL but I have to replace them so often, as the elastic falls apart and the material itself starts to lose shape and thin (I believe they’re polyester too so not great!). However, after my first Midies arrived and I tested them out by washing and wearing them, I went and ordered another 5 and have now completely replaced my Bonds.

I have also tested them out on my period and the pad stays secure and I have not had any leaks when I wake up. I am a heavy bleeder and even with the maxi overnight pad (the version that is sold in 5 packs because they’re huge!) I used to have leakage as my undies didn’t hold them well enough while I slept. My tip with the wings is to try and fold them so the adhesive doesn’t stick on the overlocked seam. I did this and when I pulled off the pad, the seam was all fuzzy. Not a big deal but just something to keep in mind to prolong the life of the Midies!

I never leave reviews because I’m lazy but apparently I get 10% off for leaving a review and I want more undies! That, and they’re so good and I’ve raved about them to every woman I know! They also work well with jeans that give you a slight wedgies because it acts as a barrier so the seam can’t go up the butt.

I have purchased several pairs of Midies. I usually dread trying to find underwear, trying to find pieces that don’t irritate, give wedgies or sit wrong can be a challenge but I’m thrilled with Midies. They are exactly as described, they don’t roll up, they sit firm and comfortably around the waist/hips and are as soft as butter!
I’ve tried other brands and they do not compare! Highly recommend these for everyday wear!

I love the gusset to be able to wear liners/pads. The ability to not have to layer for chafing is incredible. Great for dresses and nights instead of pj pants. Wash well and loosen slightly during the day for great comfort. I'm a size 18 and the XL 7" is perfect for me. Give them a try and forget the others.

I wore these for the first time yesterday under a dress, and found them to be really comfortable and cooling. Felt very confident wearing them. Probably could go down a size to XL (normally a size 18). Highly recommend and will be buying more.

So soft and so comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for to stop chafe without having to wear multiple layers. Exceptional customer service too - was able to easily return the unworn pairs when I needed to size up.

Wears comfortably like usual underwear without that super tight sucked in feeling. Would recommend them to anyone

I have tried MANY brands but none have compare to Midi’s. I have stopped my search for the perfect pair of underwear. They are super comfortable and do not ride up or down. They do not dig in or are not too loose. I am only 5ft so the choice of different leg lengths is awesome. I will be continuing on with my collection.
