    The best way to care for your Midies to keep them soft

    • If you have one, washing in a laundry bag is best
    • Use only gentle detergents
    • Machine wash cold or warm only
    • Gentle/Delicate cycle is best and wash with similar fabrics

    Love at first wear - Try on Guarantee
    Applies to Midies underwear and Midies sports 
    If you don’t love your first pair of underwear, we'll issue you a full refund or store credit - whichever you prefer. If you would like to try a different style, please reach out to us by email hello@midies.co and we'll issue you a voucher. In either case, there will be no return required. If you bought more than one pair of underwear on your first order we recommend only opening, wearing and washing just one pair to make sure they are right for you. That way if you don't love that pair, the rest of your underwear can be sent back for a refund. This guarantee does not apply to sale items or bra's. Bra's can be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing the tags are attached and they are returned in the original packaging.
    The Try On Guarantee only applies to one pair of underwear within 30 days of receipt. If you're having trouble finding the right size or style contact us
     
    For sanitary reasons we can only refund and exchange unopened and unworn underwear and base-layers. For refunds please contact us by email hello@midies.co and we will provide you the details to send the unopened and unworn pairs back to so we can send you out replacements or a refund.
